All products are covered by our 6 month Carry In Repair or Replace Warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice. On Demo or open box products the warranty unfortunately does not cover cosmetic imperfections. In the case of a device being covered by a manufacturer warranty, that warranty with the manufacturer will take precedence over Sunders 6 month (minimum) warranty.
Should you not be happy with the purchase, or experience hardware failure, malfunction or manufacturer defects you will need to contact us to arrange an assessment. If you are not able to come to us, you will be liable for any courier costs associated with returning the device for assessment and Repair, replacement or refund.
In the case of any defect developing due to hardware failure during the covered period, Sunder reserves the right to 1st repair such product or, as alternative if a repair is not possible or feasible, offer a replacement unit of the same or similar specification and of equal value. Only if the previous options are not possible will a refund be processed.
